Burgers without bread


500g beef mince




Fresh rocket




1. Rinse rice and place in small pan and cook for 12-15 mins

2. Put mince in bowl with salt, pepper, mustard and a splash of something alcoholic. SQUIDGE.

3. Shape into 4 patties

4. Fry in a teaspoonful of vegetable oil, 4 mins each side

5. Slice tomatoes and cornichons. Wash and dry rocket.

6. Serve burgers on a bed of rice, topped with rocket and put garnishes on the side.
