Gnocchi with Chard and Green Beans

Ingredients:

Gnocchi (100g per person)

Chard

Green beans

Spicy sausages (1-2 per person), uncooked

1 box Passata

2 Sprigs rosemary

Method:

1. Squeeze sausage meat out of skin into pan and fry with rosemary

2. Pour in passata

3. Boil the beans, then boil the greens and remove from pan with a slotted spoon or tongs (Optional: now fry beans and greens in a little garlic and butter)

4. Cook the gnocchi in the same pan of boiling water

5. Serve gnocchi with sausage sauce, and the beans and greens on the side.
