Pizza

Ingredients:

325g extra strong white flour

1tbsp olive oil

1/2 tbsp Salt

Dried yeast

Warm water

1 tin Tomatoes

1 Onion, chopped

1 Red pepper, chopped

1 pkt pizza mozzarella, chopped into 1cm cubes

Method:

Choose a dry day for this.

Pour the dry ingredients into a bowl and add the olive oil.  Add the water cautiously making sure the dough ends up dry, not sticky.

Leave to rise for 2h.

Meanwhile, make a red pasta sauce using onion and tomatoes.

Preheat the oven to max. (220-240 degrees)

Stretch the dough over the oven tray.  Make depressions with your fingertips and then coat with oil.

Cook in the oven for 2mins, then remove.

Spread the pasta sauce over the top of the pizza and add toppings such as chopped pepper, olives and pizza mozzarella.

Bake in the oven for a further 12-14 mins until the crust is golden.
